Dalmore’s constellation collection was created by highlighting the vintage spectrum that symbolizes the Highland Distillery between 1964 and 1992. Based on the quality undiluted solutions of each regiment, it was meaningful to match the vintage of each year in the 60, 70, 80, and 90s. The whisky was released after ripening in the world’s finest natural oak barrels and placing in Glenn Karen’s decanter. It is flavored with black toffee, candied orange, and Jamaican pepper, leading to figs, gunfoto, creamy caramel, and ripe mango flavors. You can taste moist banana fig cakes, almonds, cinnamon, pecan pies, and peach syrup.
