Free after-sales service is provided within 6 months of purchase only for parts that are recognized as product defects. Parts that are characteristic of the material are not grounds for free after-sales service. Round-trip shipping costs related to after-sales service will be borne by the customer, and product damage (wear/contamination/tear, etc.) due to customer carelessness or use may be charged regardless of the after-sales service warranty period. Availability of after-sales service may vary depending on the actual condition of the product and whether the product and auxiliary materials are produced, and we are not responsible for compensation for product defects after the quality guarantee period has elapsed. |
