These are a natural part of the production process and not product defects. • While loose threads are removed before shipping, any remaining threads can be easily trimmed and are not grounds for free exchanges/returns. • Nylon and polyester fabrics may show slight wrinkles from stitching, which are not considered defects. • For light-colored products, color transfer may occur when rubbed against dark-colored clothing. • For dark-colored products, color transfer may occur when rubbed against light-colored clothing. • Leather may deform or discolor when exposed to moisture, oil, or direct sunlight. • Cracking or wear may occur with leather over time, which is a natural characteristic of the material and unrelated to durability. • If leather gets wet, gently pat it with a soft cloth to remove moisture, then dry it in a shaded, well-ventilated area. • Metal details attached to leather may show wrinkles or marks from production, and natural creases may occur with use during opening/closing. • Product measurements may vary by 1–3 cm depending on how they are measured. • White powder may appear on dark products due to slip agents used in zipper bag production; this is harmless and will naturally disappear after washing.
