| Handling Precautions | •Color, texture, and size errors depending on monitor resolution are not defects of the product. •Because there may be differences in dyeing (tone) depending on the fabric production period, there may be slight color differences depending on the production period. •All products are handmade, and slight wrinkles, scratches, and thread bundles may occur during the production process. •Small threads, thread clumps, and fine seam movement that may occur during the manufacturing process are not defects of the product. •The fabric may contain mixed threads (threads of different colors) and may have small black dots. This may occur during the manufacturing process and is not a defect in the product. •The stitches are removed as much as possible before shipping, but uninspected stitches can be easily removed and are therefore not considered defective, so free exchanges/returns due to stitches are not possible. •In the case of nylon and poly fabrics, slight wrinkles may occur during sewing, and this is not considered a reason for defect. •Please note that bright color products may cause color transfer (color fading) when rubbed with dark clothing. •Please be aware that color transfer (color fading) may occur when dark-colored products rub against light-colored clothing. •For leather materials, please be aware that deformation and discoloration may occur when exposed to moisture, oil, or direct sunlight. •Due to the nature of leather, it may crack or wear out depending on use. This is a material characteristic and has nothing to do with durability. •If water comes into contact with the leather, immediately pat it with a soft cloth to remove the moisture and then dry it in a well-ventilated shade. •Metal details connected to leather may have wrinkles that occur during the process, and wrinkles may naturally occur when opening/closing. •There may be an error of 1-3cm in size depending on the measurement method. •During the production of zipper bags, white powder may appear on dark-colored products due to the slip agent generated from the raw materials. The slip agent disappears naturally when washed. Since it is harmless to the human body, you can wear it with confidence after lightly shaking it off. |
