Quality assurance standards | 1. Warranty Period: 2 Years If a product defect is confirmed within two years from the purchase date, it will be repaired free of charge. Please keep the warranty certificate provided at the time of purchase to verify the purchase date and place. If the warranty certificate is lost and purchase verification is not possible, warranty service cannot be provided. Due to the special distribution structure of duty-free items, exchanges are not possible. For unused products valued over USD $800, returns are only possible through customs retention upon entry (must include the original box and warranty certificate). For products under USD $800, returns are allowed within 15 days of departure, only if the product is unused and includes the box and warranty certificate. 2. After-sales service (A/S) cannot be requested at duty-free store locations. For A/S on items over USD $800 purchased from duty-free, a customs tax payment receipt must be submitted in accordance with Korean customs law. 3. Wear and deformation of leather or fabric from use or improper handling (e.g., exposure to moisture or heat, discoloration, fabric abrasion, or leather damage) cannot be repaired. 4. If parts are no longer imported or discontinued, repairs may need to be sent overseas, which may take several months. 5. Damage caused by use may be non-repairable in some cases. 6. For unused fountain pens, if you visit a Montblanc department store boutique with the warranty certificate, the nib can be exchanged free of charge. For regular pens, within 6 weeks from the pickup (departure) date, and for the limited edition pens, whithin 1 year from the pickup(departure) date. The original nib will not be returned after the exchange.
