EAGLE25 – Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You must report the damage or defect and request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received, with all original tags and labels intact.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Due to the nature of our health and wellness products, we do not accept exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects upon arrival.
  • We do not offer refunds or store credit. All sales are final, except in cases of proven damage or defects.

3. Exchange Process:

  • We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned damaged or defective item, we will ship a replacement item of equal value.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the original item is unavailable, we will discuss potential replacement options.
